How to sign up for a Workshop (WSP) by Francesco Fontana (The Artist):

Read rules and cancellation policy

1. Send a 150 EUR / 170 USD deposit to ensure your space. Payment method given privately.
2. Wait for confirmation (based on reaching minimum group size). Confirmation will be given the soonest, not later than three months before WSP date.
3. Until then do not commit with a flight ticket (no refund for cancellation).
4. If the WSP is confirmed, pay your WSP fee balance if any.
5. Then purchase your flight and get ready! You will be notified the suggested hotel and transport directions. Plus art material list.
6. If the WSP is cancelled by the Artist, you will receive your deposit back, minus banking transfer cost. No other obligation is due by the Artist.
7. If you cancel 100 or more days prior to first official WSP day, you will be refunded your deposit minus transfer fees and 50 Eur penalty.
8. If you cancel 99 or lesser days prior to first official WSP day, no refund is possible
9. All the above rules apply to WSPs organized directly by the artist. For those organized by third parties, you will be addressed to the relevant promoter, following up your enquiry.
10. The Artist reserve the right to modify the above conditions. However substantial changes must be accepted in written (email) by the customer who signed up at previous conditions.
